A family run industrial estate
Located in the Village of Pott Shrigley in Cheshire, we are based on the site of a former brickworks.

We let out industrial properties of various sizes and specifications to suit small or fledgling businesses at reasonable rates.
Environment
We are located on the edge of the beautiful Peak District. We take our stewardship of the land seriously and to date we have planted over 2000 broad-leaf trees in addition to sowing wild flowers and planting perennial bulbs on the site of William Hammond Ltd. Recently natural dams have been built to help control flow through the stream.
